You have my friendship, whether you want it or not. Kaleido Star is my most favorite thing ever!

WhozaWhatzit Now?

Well... I'm not about to tell the whole world my age - That's classfied information :XP: I live in (most of the time) Cincinnati, Ohio; Land of Allergies, headaches, bizzare weather and a reputation for pork O.o. I love anime/manga/webcomics, fanfiction, art, music and nature.

~~~*Anime/Manga/Webcomics:*~~~
My Fav.s are (in no particular order)
Inuyasha- It's a dude with white doggie ears, and a HUGE fang/sword who goes around kicking demon butt. What's not to like?
Bleach- See the above comment on swords and kicking butt. I like the plot and characters too.
Megatokyo- First webcomic to hook me
DNAngel- Pretty wings.... love the music!
Full metal panic (reg. and Fumoffu)- Love the music and Fumoffu is just hilarious.
Oh My Goddess- I'm hooked on the manga for reasons unknown to me. O.o I don't particularly like mechanics, after all. I guess it's the whole "Norse Goddesses stuck on earth" thing that I like.
Loki- I'm facinated by what appears to be the start of a facinating plot... and come on! It includes norse mythology!
Kalidostar- Love the opening music and the acrobatics
Pretear- So cute!
Ranma 1/2- Yay martial Arts Madness and the NWC: Nerima Wrecking Crew
Salior Moon- First anime *Glares at anyone who giggles, snickers or otherwise muffles laughter*
Tsubasa- Did I ever mention tsubasa? *gasp* I haven't??!?!?!?! This error must be rectified. This series is by CLAMP, one of my all-time fav. author groups. *squee* whee I love it so much, because it includes a lot of characters from older works, as well as brand new , shall I say _colorful_, characters. heart xd Each new manga released makes me squee with excitement. I nearly died of oxygen deprivation when I learned that the anime was coming.
Also:
Sister Princess, Chrono Crusade, Best Student Counci, Kekkaishi,
ROD, Ghost Hunt, FMA, Flame of Recca ....... and I'll continue to add to the list.
~~~*Signs*~~~

My Gaian Starsign is Spurca!

"Those gaiaborn under the Spurca constellation know how to enjoy life. What matters most to them is that they're having fun in all that they do. They aren't always the sharpest tools in the shed, but they have a good time in all that they do. Childlike in nature, it's nearly impossible to hold their attention for long periods of time. Many would find this trait annoying, but equally as many find it endearing. They often speak their minds without thinking about other people's feelings, but they're also not the type to deliberately offend. They often bare grudges against people who've belittled them, and they never quit first in an argument."

~~~*Fun Quotes!*~~~
"I've always thought that a big laugh is a really loud noise from the soul saying, "Ain't that the truth." ~Quincy Jones, Victory of the Spirit
"Ahhh. A man with a sharp wit. Someone ought to take it away from him before he cuts himself." ~Peter da Silva
"Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen."
~Albert Einstein, (attributed)
"Stupid is forever, ignorance can be fixed."
~Don Wood
"The incompetent with nothing to do can still make a mess of it."
~Laurence J. Peter
"The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity."
~Dorothy Parker, (attributed)
"Curiosity killed the cat, but for a while I was a suspect."
~Steven Wright
"Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut."
~Ernest Hemingway
"Politeness, n. The most acceptable hypocrisy."
~Ambrose Bierce, The Devil's Dictionary
"An eye for an eye only makes the whole world blind"
~Gandhi
~~~*Pratchett Quotes*~~~
Note: Yes, there were so many that I decided they get a place all for themselves.

"I'll be more enthusiastic about encouraging thinking outside the box when there's evidence of any thinking going on inside it."
~Terry Pratchett

"Give a man a fire and keep him warm for a day. Light a man on fire and he will be warm for rest of his life."
~Terry Pratchett

"The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it."
~Terry Pratchett

"Gravity is a habit that is hard to shake off."
~From, 'Small Gods' Comment: Especially in the morning!

"Stupid men are often capable of things the clever would not dare to contemplate..."
~From, 'Feet of Clay'

"Revolutions always come around again. That's why they're called revolutions."
~From, 'Night Watch'

"In the begining there was nothing, and it exploded."
~On the Big Bang theory

"God does not play dice with the universe; He plays an ineffable game of his own devising, which might be compared, from the perspective of any of the other players, to being involved in an obscure and complex version of poker in a pitch dark room, with blank cards, for infinite stakes, with a dealer who won't tell you the rules, and who smiles all the time."

"That seems to point up a significant difference between Europeans and Americans. A European says: "I can't understand this, what's wrong with me?" An American says: "I can't understand this, what's wrong with him?"

"The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head."
~From 'Hogfather'

"Real stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time."

"It could not be happening because this sort of thing did not happen. Any contradictory evidence could be safely ignored."

"It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things."

"Of course, it is very important to be sober when you take an exam. Many worthwhile careers in the street- cleansing, fruit-picking and subway-guitar-playing industries have been founded on a lack of understanding of this simple fact."

"Seeing, contrary to popular wisdom, isn't believing. It's where belief stops, because it isn't needed any more."

"No. Men should die for lies. But the truth is too precious to die for." Comment: Notice, this says nothing of Women or Children- which makes sense: I don't believe anyone can tell a woman what to die for... we're rather independent (stubborn) like that.

"He says gods like to see an atheist around. Gives them something to aim at."

“In ancient times cats were worshipped as gods; they have not forgotten this.”

"The intelligence of the creature known as a crowd, is the square root of the number of people in it.”

“It's not worth doing something unless you were doing something that someone, somewere, would much rather you weren't doing.”

“Most gods throw dice, but Fate plays chess, and you don't find out til too late that he's been playing with two queens all along.”

“Five exclamation marks, the sure sign of an insane mind.”

“Light thinks it travels faster than anything but it is wrong. No matter how fast light travels, it finds the darkness has always got there first, and is waiting for it.”

“Sooner or later we're all someone's dog”

“When millions of tons of angry elephant come spinning through the sky, and there was no one there to hear it, does it - philosopically speaking - make a noise?”

“Fantasy is an exercise bicycle for the mind. It might not take you anywhere, but it tones up the muscles that can. Of course, I could be wrong.”

“Somewhere around the place I've got an unfinished short story about Schrodinger's Dog; it was mostly moaning about all the attention the cat was getting”

"It may help to understand human affairs to be clear that most of the great triumphs and tragedies of history are caused, not by people being fundamentally good or fundamentally evil, but by people being fundamentally people."
