Physically, mentally, emotionally.
A pain no one can cure but that one,
A pain that can’t be undone.
Our hearts hurt,
Tears drop,
Confessions rejected.
Feelings are a delicate thing,
Just like a small bird’s wing,
It can be hurt easily.
The pain increases.
So pray it ceases.
Another tear drops down your cheek,
So far away from the thing you seek.
Will you find the cure?
Or will you die?
Die from this pain,
This pain that grows each day,
Every day they turn away.
