Haha no unfortunately no relation at all. Well I guess they have the story-book, day dreamer sort of aspect in common. Outside of that...it's definitely different. Definitely worth checking into if you don't mind the subtitles.

Yeah they're all awesome actors. Michael Caine especially. Yeah I wasn't aware either, but that made the first grotesque scene THAT much more traumatizing.

True, but rarely am I ever NOT impressed by David Bowie movies. The Prestige? Not Christian Bale's or Hugh Jackman's movie, it was David Bowie's and yes I am a big fan of Pan's Labyrinth. Spanish movie with subtitles, but beyond that amazing, very R rated. Quite a few gruesome scenes.

Agreed, but c'mon you should've realized it was a musical the moment David Bowie was there. Out of curiosity, have you seen the less musical Pan's Labyrinth?

Embarrassing comment? Are you kidding? They DID make that movie! You can already tell it's going to be an amazing movie 30 minutes into the flick for two reasons. One, David Bowie + Goblin King, two, Allo. Nuff said!
