Bayonetta is a member of the Umbra Witches, a clan who have entered into a contract with the forces of Inferno. For this, she is granted superhuman abilities- walking on walls, slowing down time, and summoning demons- but she must constantly slaughter angels, or her soul is forfeit. 20 years ago, she awoke in a casket at the bottom of a lake with no memories of her past. The only clues to her true identity are a mysterious gemstone, an unknown rival, a womanizing reporter with a grudge, and a child she can't seem to get rid of. Caring only for her own interests, Bayonetta sets off through the city of Vigrid, slaughtering and over-sexualizing anything in her path.Likes: Lollipops (especially strawberry and cherry), dancing, and making witty banter.
Dislikes: Crying children, cockroaches, and overly-talkative types.
Equipment: Scarborough Fair (a set of four guns worn on her hands and feet, made of supernatural alloy), and her magical, shapeshifting hair.
