The bill will affect people of the internet.
Things that are streamed of copyrighted material will be asked to be taken down, or go to jail.
What does copyrighted mean? It is so broad.
The bill was specifically designed to stop people from steaming videos and music (copyrighted) but it will inadvertently affect gamers and anyone who sings to songs. It will affect those people that do amvs. It will affect people on a broad spectrum.
