Haha, I call myself desi now. But there are more Pakistanis in my school instead of Indians, and some of those Paks are pretty damned nasty. And I'm always tired of the whole Bangladesh/Indian/Pakistani conflict with us desis, and it seems the FOBs have more hatred against one group of desis, like Indians against Pakistan.
Over in my school, nobody cares about the whole Paki/Indian thing though. It makes me feel relieved.
I just call myself desi, since we all are chai-lovers anyway. (Not me, well, i'm not an addict LOL)
I have courses in I.T. and Independent Living, but right now I'm failing I.T. pretty badly Lol.
I hope the pass the exam though, even if its not a high score. -sigh-
Yeah, desi is usually used here much more. I just used to call myself, a Pak or Pakistani or whatever. But over here, desi is a term used often by all, including goras. :O
