just go EDIT your profile then go to the blue menu click CONTENT then click the box that says MEDIA...it might not show up so just high light the box and it should...THEN a BOX will appear. you can edit the name and in the URL place the url

for example

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLO0zzeiFoY

that is what you want to enter...and if you want it to play automatically umm

example

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLO0zzeiFoY autoplay=1

add &autoplay=1 at the end!
