Brad Vickers was in charge of rear security, along with Jill Valentine, and served as Alpha team's helicopter pilot. He was a computer expert and excelled in information gathering. Brad wasn't much of a fighter; he was known to get nervous and run away at the first sign of danger. His Locker at the R.P.D. was full of self help books. His home town was Delucia.
On July 24th 1998, he abandoned his team-mates in the middle of the Raccoon Forest once he witnessed the death of Joseph Frost. Afterwards he attempted to re-establish contact with his S.T.A.R.S. team-mates while flying around the Arklay Mountains. He helped them to destroy the Tyrant T-002 and then rescued Chris, Jill, Rebecca and Barry.
When he found Jill on September 28th, during the Raccoon City outbreak, he warned her of the Nemesis' presence in the city and his hunt of S.T.A.R.S. members. Later, he joined Jill at the front gates of the police precinct, but was infected with the NE-T virus and (seemingly) killed there by the Nemesis.
Brad woke pu on the outskirts of Raccon city after it had been destroyed with no memory of being killed by the Nemeisis and is now using his Computer skills to take down umbrella and annyone with simmalar plans.
