Haha, yeah dude.
Personally, I couldn't care less about the graphics and hos cool the weapons look and all that crap. As long as it's simple, smooth playing, yet enough for so many possibilities to keep me interested.

Well, I'll be more specific...
I like the gameplay, weapons, and basic "feel" of Halo 2 much better. Only thing I like better about 3 is the Forge mode. Goooood tiiiiiimes.
