While you sit at your desk late one night tryng to find something new, exciting or disturbing, You have a dark, sinking feeling that you're being watched. For a moment you could swear you felt someone breathing down your neck... When you turned to look, though, you saw nothing. as the night continued this fear and paranoia continued to grow and was then soon met with the image of a figure outside. You took a double take but when you looked again you saw nothing. Your heart racing, You were then struck in the side of the head with a wooden plank. You fell to the ground and saw blood pouring from the area which you were hit. You saw nothing in the room but as you began crying in fear and frantically searched for something to defend yourself with, You heard soft whispers. "There's nothing to fear but fear itself..." over and over in hushed tones growing louder and louder. As you tried to block it out the sounds, You heard it as if what was speaking was right behind you. You turn and see a masked figure with piercing eyes staring at you. he stabbed you at a curved angle with an Elven Shortsword. the blade curved towards your heart but did not enter yet. "Don't fight it. Death is so quiet, so gentle..." You want to scream but the wound has stolen your breath. "You have been chosen to experience fear at the highest levels at the hands of our Night Mother and Dread Father. Say hello to them for me, Won't you?" He finally deepened the wound into your heart and ripped back tearing out your bodily organs. "The Void is your new home."
