Religion is the biggest delusional social-control scam this world still suffers. We have yet to break from the shackles biting deep into our scarred flesh.
Mankind will eradicate itself at this rate without drastic changes which most likely will be forced upon us at a loss of liberty and free will. Step up and look for ways to save resources before they decide for you.
Support true sustainable practices. Not ones the just put the problem off. Ethanol is not logical with massive food shortages predicted. Produce should be for human consumption. Not animals, cars, and machines.
Boycott: major banks, food chains, large utility companies, the corrupt 2 major political parties, animal products, mainstream media, and curb your consumer consumption. Join a CSA and a local barter system.
Neuter your pets and any strays you can take in. Make animal shelters and pounds unnecessary.
It is not a dumb idea to keeps 3 months of dry goods stockpiled. You never know when you might lose you job or food gets pricey.
Have a decent home emergency kit set up. Get first aid training as much as possible.
Know how to cook with very little and in different conditions.
