If it's not stolen then how come I was able to find this image by searching Richard Bavin on google images?

You have. Both image sizes are too small to be of your ownership. Both artwork do not show qualities similar to each other, which is never the case for real artists. You are a new user, and no one but art thieves have the gall to post work like those. Think again fool, you have been reported.
