Loopy-chan -- the real-life person behind the avatar

A huge and heartfelt "thank you" to everyone who left birthday greetings on my profile, sent me gifts, and/or partied down with me at my birthday bash in the Over 30 Guild. I gotta say this is the best danged birthday celebration I've had in years. Love and hugs to all! <3

Greetings! I am, among many other things, a huge fan of the long-running old-school anime/manga franchise Lupin III, and I joined Gaia specifically to roleplay/cosplay as the master thief Arsene Lupin III.

In real life I happen to be a female-bodied queer-identified bisexual of butch lesbian leanings -- alas, they didn't have that checkbox when I registered for Gaia. smile So my avatar is nominally "male" -- I tend to think of my Lupin RP/crossplay .as a variation on drag king. Anyway, you may well run into me in LGBT forums/guilds/etc. as well as places devoted to Lupin and to anime/manga in general.

I am also a writer, and am currently into the eighth chapter of a Lupin III fanfiction piece, which you can find at my website link.

P.S. No, that birth date is not a typo. Yes, I am significantly older than the typical Gaian. No, I am not a weirdo--I am simply a long-time computer-geek and anime/SF/fantasy nerd who has never seen any point to so-called "age-appropriate" behavior.
