Ok, this was a litle hard xD I found a pose in rust that I liked but after going to ghost it got lost in your avy, it seems rust is not the way to go with the arms. Cream will look better it will tie in with the legs for a nice efect. So I have two options for you

This last version has the advantage that if you move the hands those arm mods change, (try them out, apart of the default cute pose, it has another one for each change of arms)
