Mhm I'm always on just keeping to myself mostly and lurkin' though this and last week I was p busy with errands oml.
Yup people giving a 1 star rating when the entries in question don't deserve it, it has always been a thing for many years especially in the cosplay arenas but it's just sad that it's still a thing. Recently I was doing well one week then suddenly I wasn't first. 🙃
Oh? Troll entries and rude comments? I don't think I've seen really any these days. I know a couple people kept purposely putting original entries in cosplay and deleted comments telling them it was wrong now that was annoying.
Oh I am veeeerrryyyy against AI and especially when used in the creative side. Seeing an increase in idiots using AI slop for their signatures is so upsetting and partly why I kind of stopped pursuing drawing.
Gold only got inflated because of the generators being sold for like $5 I think but no, plat is going to pretty much do the same thing. Like yeah you get more for first time posting and what not than gold which is going to be a problem.
My issue is I guess is that I'm Autistic and have a learning disability...I don't particularly like change and I can read gold better than plat which has been stressing me out. The smaller number makes me feel like I may not know what I actually have or buy something for not a great price and eventually get to the point where I can't afford anything it has effected me making avis or selling stuff. sweatdrop I would just do my first time posting/voting in plat and switch back to gold for many years...I have not taken a hiatus or anything so I've gotten quite used to doing that. I like to follow a routine and a change in things is hard for me to understand. 😶
It is kind of funny in a sad way that these annoying plat elitist respond rudely but then they're like "oh big number hurt brain me like small number better tehe." nonsense but will call us who prefer gold awful things when those gold users didn't even say anything insulting to begin with. 🤷
Oh no! I hope you're all alright over there, I had some friends who live in Japan that deal with that too. Where I live dangerous weather is kind of rare there's like this weird force field here but I think we mostly have terrible heatwaves or bad winters despite being Canadian. lol But it just seems like weather is getting worse in general around the world.
Little? Oh no, no this is a big ol' Bernese lol I wouldn't even be able to pick him up if I needed to. emo Awe them too? Both dogs react badly to thunder and fireworks now as well thanks to the annoying trucks in the back of our house and it feels like people find excuses to light fireworks these days. >.>

Do you have like, anything that could be perceived as a disability? You don't have to disclose, but whether genetic or acquired, you might be eligible to do the job search through your state's department of rehabilitation! They have slightly different names from state to state, but the services available are usually similar. They'll go over your resume and cover letters, they'll have people who help you do the actual searching part, sometimes they cover things like classes for additional training, or give you stipends for professional clothes/sanitary needs like hair cuts and etc. They also have like a super robust professional network. Once you have a job, they can also help you advocate for your accommodations. The more people use services, the better they're able to advocate for funding, there's like literally no downside, besides the fact that healthcare and basic income/housing are inherently tied to employment. I would call that a downside. My job search has been pretty bleak, so I decided to switch tactics and reach out to mine, and legitimately it's been so refreshing.
Also, if you're good with people, the census bureau is apparently always hiring, even after DOGE gutted them.
But other than that can't complain heart you?
It's not just the errors (the downvoting in arenas is a different and old story) but like them using AI poorly to 'fix' the site and to add to it the platinum change being forced on everyone... sweatdrop I'm trying not to be too stressed out about it but it has definitely made it hard to enjoy this place.
Normally bad weather just dissipates before it gets to use or goes around like a force-field but that day there was a tornado warning emo it was awful I was home alone and I know for a fact the one dog wont go to the basement and I'd feel so terrible if something happened to him he's too sweet.
