yeah the cash shop announcements are pretty much at least 10 a day sometimes more. there have even been a few times where I went away for 4 or 5 hours and came back to 10 announcements. they're releasing a lot of things right now and they give each thing its own announcement so it adds up really fast. :/

well yes it started with flynn's booty but things has kind of stabilized (or maybe we were all just used to it by then) but then in february the candy hearts came out (right before I came back) things made a major jump. like 10x what they were before. and then a week or so ago the make it rain thing happened and that's when it got to how it is currently.

yeah your friend got on the bandwagon a little late LOL

I don't think it's going to get better any time soon. gold generators are just too lucrative. they also came out with the dragon hoard recently but from what I've heard the payout isn't as good as make it rain. but since the mp has been all bought up even if you do make a ton of gold there isn't all that much to buy atm.

they released this god generator called make it rain and then had a bunch of sales in the cash shop. 15% off buying cash and you could get a bundle of 100 make it rains for really cheap. and well that was that. the mp got cleared out when everyone went to spend their gold and this is what we're left with. yeah I have over 400mil and I can't buy anything. it's the worst,

but what can you do really? that's how things are. everyone thought the candyhearts thing was bad because of all the inflation that caused but now there's this. :/

yeah I know exactly what you mean. I've been on gaia for quite some time now and even when I thought I was leaving I ended up coming back. I can't ever really imagine leaving permanently at this point. but this whole situation is very discouraging anyways.

I'm still working on my quests but since things have gone up so much I'm kind of just saving gold really. since the things I want are in the billions it's kind of hard to d anything more than that really.

my quest thread died between november and february but it seems to be going better than ever recently for some reason. maybe all the gold generators are making people generous. lol

I had a chance to buy bunny slipers for 2000mil and now they're regularly going for over 500mil so unless they get re-released I don't know when I'm going to get them. I'm just kind of hoping that I can continue to vend my way up until I can afford them I guess. but with things being re-released all the time it kinda makes me not want to invest in things as much. especially '03 items...
