~ ROUND TWO OF "THE RATE GAME".~

hELLO>>>>> Okay, so I know that I haven't been on in like a year but there have been some difficulties with getting on so I'm trying a little harder now. So, anyway like I've been saying the games get harder and the competition gets brutal so tell your friends tell your family, heck tell your enemies just get this game started. I'll try to update at least once every week so make sure to check back. There are still some preperations that need to be made But, I've just pretty much been a slacker and didn't ever get around to sending out all the messages and getting the game started(I'm such an burnout, really)**Finally** I have only 1 space left. When the final space is filled be prepared to battle. I will be picking the finalists and then it is up to those finalist to tell all of their friends to vote for them. Don't worry, I'll post more info when the games are started so make sure you check back here ever so often for updates. Read all of the following information before you ask any questions, the sections have titles so if you don't feel like reading it all, at least skim the titles to keep from sending me a question that could have been answered by reading this, I posted it all for a reason.

*The Rules*
~1.Once I rate you, you can't change your avatar and asked to be rated again.
~2.There can't be more than 7 participants, so once the spaces are filled you can't enter.
~3. There is a 1k entry fee, this is to keep "just anyone" from entering.
~4. I will rate any and everyone but only those participants paying can enter.
