Well what mostly worries me is that I don't know what to do in life. I know a general idea but nothing concrete.

Yea, only a small percentage of your total "friend" list.
You should totally go out. Do it; you never know who is out there.

I'm procrastinating on my responsibilities though.

Sure the city may have a lot of people. Do you mean you'll be offline a lot?
If so, I think that's great, I'd prefer to be out even if I don't have a friend to begin with.
I don't think making friends here is any good idea. You have to go threw thousands of people just to find at least one person you might like.

The only new things for me is that I have a new kitten to be a companion for my other cat.
