BIO AND TARGET INFORMATION
NAME: Andrea Higoratsu
ALIAS(ES): Fox Girl, Night-Walker, and Red.
AGE: 19 years old
CLASSIFICATION: She is was classified as a Fox Demon until capture. Hybrid's physical features are provided in the photo below.

Born in the Dark Forest to Diana Ross (Kitsune) and Kogra Higoratsu (Demon) who were killed by slayers in front of her when she was very young. Learned how to protect herself and live on my own with the help of a half-breed wolf/demon Koga at age 4. He died while protecting the subject in "Operation Extermination". Subject was 11 years old at the time. Subject had eluded capture for years. Was discovered under investigation that she had been taking care of orphaned creatures in the Dark Forest and raising them. She took refuge at a local infestation sanctuary titled "The Darkblood Vampire Coven" where the subject had developed her powers under the care of the so-called Headmasters. After the report, "Operation Insight" was initiated. Subject was captured by our private mercinary known as "The Slave Master" and was interrogated while placed under his control. She unknowingly gave personal insight and information about her past and present and gave us the location of her colleague's gravesight. Sadly, Slave Master was lost in combat against the subject in question and the dragon/headmaster Hasmattical. We traveled to the grave and resurrected "Koga", wiping out his memory of her and implanting a new one. The informant was to wed her and kill her, staging it as some bizare accident. Once she was eliminated, we were to storm the Coven and take it by force, thereby eliminating the other monstrocities that dwelled there. Subject learned of this plot and hid in the Dark Forest again. After years of search we have finally captured her and are now developing her as a lethal killing machine. We called her "Project BloodShed".

FEBRUARY 2006
Attached below are her statements during "Project BloodShed"'s video transcripts. Some of her memory was still in tact at the time of the taping;
"I am curious, mischevious, dominating and a dangerous threat to all who stand in my way. I am courageous, cunning, beautiful and talented as I am faithful and loyal to my friends. I have been told I have my mother's kind-hearted personality, but have had my moments when my father's temper comes into play. I can appear and disappear in a dark mist and am able to make objects appear with the snap of my fingers. I am slowly developing my father's demonic powers, and have acheived his demonic form. My weapons are my own two hands. My claws can extend to use as my own personal daggers in combat and can emit poison into my prey. Recently on my own free time, I have been practicing with weapons as well....but I still prefer killing the old fashioned way."
We are slowly developing her killer instincts. However, subject still refers to "Home." and "My Friends." Still much more work to be done.
APRIL 2006
Subject was reluctant to proceed with complete memory loss. She had made multiple attemps to escape, and had even attempted suicide to prevent herself from being used for the project. We used our first success, Koga, and threatened to kill him if she didn't co-operate with scientists. She agreed and let us proceed with the task at hand. Koga seemed quite intense about the process and has in turned been assigned guards to monitor him in case of any "changes of heart."
JUNE 2006
Target was released by Koga and fled to try and hide from us once again. She was told to find refuge and to never come back for him. She was hiding inside the now empty Coven for weeks until we found her. Upon yet another capture, "Koga" was executed in front of her for treason. He had sent a message of help for his "beloved" over to the Coven. However, we see no threat to us as we have come too far to back out now.
JULY 2006
After month's of reconstruction and intense labour, we have finally done it! We eliminated her memories and completely transformed the subject into the Ultimate Hybrid. We enhanced her Demonic and Vampiric qualities which have now supressed her "Fox-Demon" physique. She now carries a more human build yet all of her powers described in her transcript times 10! This is indeed a great day for slayers everywhere, as we have now created the greatest hunting tool. One with no mercy and no remorse, yet has the intense capabil-(Sirens) We are in terrible trouble! "Project BloodShed" is running rampid at HQ! I repeat! "Project BloodShed" is loose! Target refuses to co-operate with Slayer Opperatives! She posesses a mind of her own and is killing us all! PLEASE! SOMEONE! ANYONE! HELP US! HEL-! AAAAAAARGH! (Tearing of flesh)
