I'm sorry for if this is a bad time, but I would seek the opinions of those in the guild to if you believe we should start a new guild, join a different one, or maybe try to manage things without a leader until Shikon Yokai comes back (which I heard supposedly he quit) but if he comes back he'd be able to promote a new person to Vice Captain.
