About the Girl


Run as fast as I can,
I can only stand tree-still.
I spread my fingers seeking something that isn't there
and try to get something firm to stand on.

I enter,
not into night
but into what night exposes as it darkens.
I keep wondering where to place a lamp to keep seeing what I see,
till there's nothing left to throw light on.
And that makes me try drawing closer to myself
the naked depth that opens before me.
But before kissing him I spread my fingers
thinking as I free-fall
that I may waken in vain while falling.....

.....Even when a crowd of distances supports me,
because I didn't know where the distances came from,
I couldn't say this was not a dream.
No pain wakened me.

I expand on and on
but like an awkward tree I am sure only of my expanding,
unsure altogether where I am.
For even if the sun should suddenly begin to shine,
earth and sky might grow visible
but I could see nothing else.
Though night reveals to me
what daylight conceals,
even then I can see nothing.

i just re-read your twilight fanfic...

O_O

but im planning on writing one! (sort of) i was gonna re-write a scene in a different point of view. any suggestions? (AND DONT MAKE ME WRITE IN EDWARDS POINT OF VIEW CUZ I TRIED BUT HES TOO DAMN INTRICATE AND I COULDNT DO IT!!!!)

and i've discovered that there's this upperclassman at my school who is tall, skinny, and has curly brown hair. and his face. looks exactly like matts. creepy, man, creepy. i keep seeing him in the hallway!! >.<
