The worst kind of dreams are ones that scare you in a way that is deeper than just a mere phobia. the ones that screw with your soul and the places most sacred to you. Some dreams do this only slightly and are therefore loosely defined as nightmares. However, some dreams are utterly distubing in ways one cannot comprehend, even if you are the veiwer. I've always had a safe haven in my dreams. when ever I was stressed, in greiving, or slightly suicidal, my dreams would always take me to my haven. Yet for the past few weeks sleep has been the bain of my existance, mostly due to the unsettling dreams I've had. It started off as the simple drowning dream, but those intensified, got more detailed to the point where I couldnt breath for several minutes after. (not finished)
