Chapter 1 - Welcome home!
A vast blanket of white coved what was once dirt roads and emerald trees. Pure fluff fell from the skies and added its own little piece of knitting to Mother Nature’s sheet. The skin numbing breeze had been blowing on two young friends, only effecting one. Leggy tried to ignore the cold but even his insignificant brain forced him to shiver and hold himself for warmth. As for Cirno, she was absolutely fine, she was even wore short sleeves. They traveled by foot threw the soft ice the little ➈ leading the demon spawn.
“Cirno-san, where are we going?” The now red Legion asked his fairy friend. She turned to him with her usual wide smile as she let a cloud form in her warm breath. “We’re going home!” She announced.
Home? You mean like a house? Well not exactly. You see, everyone had finally made it to Gensokyo, and Cirno had recognized the Forest of Magic. Although she did think that they were in Gensokyo all along…but that’s a different story.
The small ice fairy’s eyes then were caught by something beyond the trees in front of her. She then took Leggy by the wrist and pulled him out of the snow, shooting threw the trees and planting her feet in what was usually sand. There laid a vast lake, as blue at the child’s hair. In the center was a small island with a large Scarlet Mansion as its center piece. That was where the Truthful Skies were staying, and some others who were assisting them as well.
Leggy let out an “ooo” and an “ahh” as he gazed upon the lake his friend called home. Suddenly a flash of green and gold flew past them along with a cry. “CIRNO!” Suddenly the ice fairy was being held by a fellow fairy. Her hair was green like the leafs you would see in spring. It was held up in a cute canary bow. Her wings were transparent and were connected to her by golden bone. “Oh, hi Daiyousei!” Cirno greeted her with an oblivious smile.
“Cirno-san, where are we going?” The now red Legion asked his fairy friend. She turned to him with her usual wide smile as she let a cloud form in her warm breath. “We’re going home!” She announced.
