awoke feeling sore as hell
today is going to be a tough day,
I can already tell
I suppose I could just say
several little words that mean so much
would it make a difference to anyone but the?
so close I can almost touch
I suppose I am free
to waste my time but I must not dwell
If I really wanted to play
I'd say screw it and it would all be swell
but I suppose I don't want the day wasting away
I'll just put those feeling in my metaphorical hutch
and say those several words that bring all the glee
"Cortana! Turn on the Xbox!" the controller I clutch
I suppose this is the key
to all that means so much to me
