John was one of the many who never returned to his 5 children and wife. It was a Monday morning, very early. Everyone was up ready to send him off. The eldest Son, Mort, was the first to tell his father goodbye. Then Jeremiah, followed by Cindy, then Isabella, and finally the little Jack. "well I'm off" said John kissing his wife Violet goodbye.
