Physical Appearance:
In her human form, Lenny has a lean and toned physique akin to that of a competitive runner. Her body is built more for speed than power, but Lenny is still abnormally strong. She is not overly buxom or curvaceous, but her mammaries are not per se, nonexistent. The shape-shifters skin is a dark brown, and her eyes are a warm gray.
Her hair is a golden yellow, resembling the shade of her fur when she is in her other form. The colour is usually dulled by dirt and grime near the ends because when your hair’s longest point is past your knees, it’s fairly easy for it pick up this and that. Lenny usually keeps her hair pushed back out of her face with a red hairband, something she’s not often seen without.
Her animal [lioness] form is that of an average-sized lioness with golden fur and hazel eyes. Like her human form it its primary talent is speed, but it is not to be underestimated in strength either. It is not a form she is often seen taking in public for it’s obvious handicaps around groups of people. Often it is only used for particularly arduous fights or when she is alone, prowling around on the search for her next meal.
Personality:
If you can hold your own both in fisticuffs and booze it is nearly impossible that the lionhearted Lenny won’t take a shining to you.
Aggressive, conceited and obstreperous, it’s hard to believe Lenny is popular with the most from a first impression. She’s a little rough around the edges, drinks more than necessary and her speech mannerisms tend to be a tad outdated, but Lenny’s outfitted with a heart of gold. The lone lioness almost radiates what could be described as an infectious positive vibe that could be considered as just one of the many quirks that made Lenny who she is.
Another of those quirks being her dauntless and rather ignorant approach to most everything. While her fearless attitude could be chalked up to as brave, it could just as easily be said that the source was her thick skull. What’s there to be afraid of if you don’t know what’s dangerous?
That being said, even though Lenny was blind to some of the things that could ail her, no one could say the shape shifter could not hold her own in a bad situation. Competitive and combative, she saw most things in life as a challenge which she would throw herself at with excessive vigor. She was not one to surrender from any of these ‘challenges’ and it was not often that she had to. Even in her humanoid form, rough-housing
Lenny has the strength of a lioness. What bad situations did she have to be afraid of with the keen senses of a huntress? In her opinion, none.
She takes great pride in her strength and limber body; Her ego [which is rather large] is hard to quell on such a matter. Lenny is boastful enough that anyone in her surrounding area will know of what she thinks of herself fairly quickly, often resulting in competitive challenges. You could say that in those situations go ‘just as planned’ because Lenny has a constant craving for contention, particularly of the physical sort.
One could even go so far as to say that the she got a certain sexual sort of pleasure from things like aggressive sports or a rousing match of fisticuffs, but if Lenny stayed reticent about anything, it was that. Her wanton affairs were seemingly the one thing that the lioness did not run her big mouth off about.
Speaking of her big mouth, it wasn’t hard to tell that rambunctious shape shifter lacked an indoor voice, considering that her booming voice was hard to ignore. Than again, Lenny was never quiet when there was company, but some still accounted her lack of an ‘indoor voice’ to her outdoorsy life style.
Lenny indeed has spent and continues to spend her life in the outdoors, preferring sleeping in the crook of a cozy tree or passed out on the grass compared to the common preference of beds. The lioness actually considers the outdoors her home and does not posses an actual place of residence as many do. She is nomadic in nature, and constantly on the move. For her, an abode of her own would only be an inconvenience, and so she sticks to the certain charms of the great outdoors on most occasions.
Main Abilities:
The ability to shift into a lioness. This is the only form Lenny can shift into and the only other form she will ever be able to take.
Super speed is one of Lenny’s main abilities. In her lioness form, she has a cruise speed of 250 miles per hour, her human form only able to travel half as fast [125m/h]. In her animal form, Lenny’s maximum speed is around 550 miles per hour, which is a speed she can only maintain for a solid fifteen minutes. It is akin to the burst of speed a lioness takes on when closing in on her pray, simply on a much larger scale. [Similarly in her humanoid form, she can hold a pace of 225m/h for a maximum of ten minutes.]
Side Abilities:
Super strength is another of Lenny’s abilities. She can lift about four tons of weight [usually the maximum weight of automobiles] without much difficulty while in her human form. Although she still posses this trait in her lioness form, it is difficult to do any actual ‘lifting’ with paws-- Although it does come in handy to have such strength when pouncing predators. In her humanoid form, she can punch through several feet of wood [enough to take down some trees] and around three and a half feet of stone and stone like materials. [Marble, etc.]
Her body is equipped with it’s own form of self defense: healing. Normal wounds tend to knit themselves up much more quickly than the injuries of normal beings (and even some meta-humans). Things that side-step this ability are silver, honey and salt.
The keratin of her nails in her human form is abnormally strong, and Lenny can elongate them and contract them at will. Her nails are constantly sharp and pointed when extended, but seem to dull when they are at a normal length.
Weakness:
Holly restricts Lenny’s shape-shifting powers. When there is holly bound to any part of her she will be bound to her current form until it is removed. Lenny is not able to remove the holly herself.
Weapons crafted from silver can seriously injure her. The silver slows and prolongs her self- healing abilities, causing longer-lived injuries. Salt and honey are both things that can have this effect when pressed into her wounds.
Fire magic, and not so much natural fire, is another factor that can give Lenny serious injuries.
