Guns / Gun Laws
Personally, guns scare the crap out of me.I suppose that is the negativity they have been givin' for my entire life. If I see a gun close to me, I start to shake and shiver. That is one of those Fears, that I can not control, that I am trying to stop. When I see the gun, I do not see the gun itself. My mind sort of goes blank, and I see the damage it can cause. Though, my boyfriend, made a good point about guns, and I agree completely. My boyfriend is a responsible gun-carrier. The guns aren't loaded and out in the open either. They are stored and well taken care of. He isn't a moron. The only people who are actually hurt by the Gun Control Laws, are the responsible gun-holders. Do people believe that criminals will say, "Holy crap. They said we couldn't have guns? Better get rid of them?" Criminals DO NOT care, as the reason they are Criminals. If they ban guns - will that stop it all? They banned drugs - is this a drug free world? Didn't think so.If our rights to hold fire arms are taken away - from the responsible gun holders - the criminals will be the only ones holding the weaponry.Bought illegally - with, what I am safe to assume is drug money. Then guess who is s**t out of luck?

1.) A Gun isn't a toy. Toy guns , to me, are wrong. Tell you why. They give children the wrong impression to point the gun at anyone. Making them think less of the responsibility of real guns. Making them think that a real gun could be a "toy".

2.) Never point a gun at someone for amusement, or as a joke, it isn't funny. (Loaded or Unloaded).

3.) Children should be explained to about guns, and the responsibility, and the consequences of improper use.

4.) A gun doesn't pull it's own trigger.

You shouldn't keep a loaded gun, with the safety off in your closet, or vegetable crisper, or under the bed, or in the drawer in the night-stand, or anywhere excessable to children or people with serious mental disorders.

Be responsible
