Had a nice pleasant talk with my friend re: our lives and my cat. She suggested I write out my feelings about my cat, which is a good idea. I'm pretty flaky about things like that but I'll try to find the time somewhere. I don't really have a place to write about it, but I could do it in my planner or in my artbook.
