Water: Didn't Drink Much As I ran out of Mio

Workout: Helping My Dad Lug A Bunch of Boxes Out of the Storage Closet and Taking Over Recycling

just keep doing what your doing now, pay attention to everything your eating, the portion size and the quality. Try to avoid eating fried and junk food the most possible and eat clean healthy foods instead. Judge your progress more on how you feel physically in your cloths than with a number you see on the scale. What's important with this is just to keep trying to push forward with your objective, nothing changes other than you just don't know the number your at, but if you keep at your healthy eating and exercise routine you'll still be heading in the right direction even if you don't know. Its only an issue if you let yourself go, so don't let yourself go and keep at it!
