hmmm not sure I understand, XD when you wake up in the morning after you slept for 6 hours? do you not eat breakfast before your second nap? because if you sleep 6 hours wake up then sleep another 3, doesn't that just make it a 9h of sleep?

Usually I'm helping my parents get my siblings ready for school while they get ready for work from 6:30 til 8:30 so I'm up for about two hours before I lay back down therefore I call it my morning nap and I'm usually too busy in that time of morning to have my brekkie.
