	Day 10 Day 8 Weight: 321.4 Brekkie: Oatmeal (1 cup) Lunch: Skipped as I slept through most of the afternoon Dinner: Ribs and Rice Water Drank: 137.2 fl.oz Workout: 250 warm up laps 125 standing side crunches (Passed out midworkout) Hours Slept: 7.5 hours Yesterday's Morning Nap: 1.5 hours

	Actually I'm from British Columbia, Canada though I did hear brekkie alot from an old high school teacher and the term has stuck with me since then

	I just stay indoors mostly during this time of the year, I've grown up with this type of weather my whole life so, it's nothing new for me really. Do you guys get snow over there as well? or is this time of the year, mostly just a rainy season?

	We just got hit with snow but it is chaos out in traffic, schools were shut down all over the Lower Mainland and my mum wasn't able to go to work for two days because of the weather. Normally our winters are rainy

	rofl Its sooooo weird for me to hear that, we get it so often that its weird to think schools and work would close down for something like that. But I guess since you guys don't get it often your cities must not be very prepared to deal with things like snow neither, so you probably don't have access to snow plows to plow the roads ect I imagine? : )
