Well, that was short-lived : (. My doctor told me to stop exercising till I can stabilize my pelvic floor, apparently jumps, and core workouts can make weaken the pelvic floor more, so I'm not allowed to continue till this is corrected. Hope it doesn't take to long : ( I was just starting to get into the beat of things, and now I feel like the last couple weeks of self-control for results wasn't worth it. *sigh* I'll try to continue with the meal plan, even though I don't have the exercise part to go with it, at least nutritionally I should be making some progress, but maybe not as fast as I would have liked.
