Alright! It's officially on, screw the waiting till month 6 before starting up, I want to start feeling better now lol XD. Soooo tomorrow Monday I'm starting up the p90x3 regime with this nutritional guide https://flexmastergeneral.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/p90x3-nutrition-guide.pdf I've done it in the past and had results, so I'm feeling confident getting back into it again. It's been a couple of years though, so hopefully, the first couple weeks won't be too detrimental to my physical strength XD
Because once again typing everything down every day is a bit too hard for me right now, with a family on the go (my free time is very limited and usually used getting some one on one time with my husband when I can), I won't be logging in daily/keeping updates, but!!!! I will post in my journal if ever I mess up, to help keep me accountable for the routine, other wise I will still be doing my exercises and food regiment daily. > : 3 (kicking lazyness in the butt, let's do this!!!)
