Trying to keep up despite cramps from hell
Weight: 329.0 lbs (Same as yesterday)

Breakfast: Skipped (out of milk so no protein shake)

Lunch:Skipped (again due to no milk for protein shake)

Dinner: Meatballs

Fluids: Coffee
Chicken Broth

Water: 20 flz oz. so far

Workout: 25 warm up laps
25 squats
25 crunches
25 standing side crunches
5 cool down laps

No lunch or breakfast @____@ I don't know how you do it, I wouldn't be able to skip thoughs, I'd be crazy hungry!

Believe me there's times where I am crazy hungry but whenever I try to eat...I just feel yucky. I have been a big eater my whole life and sometimes lately I just don't feel like eating
