Daily comment: I'm posting the next morning for the previous days, because its easier for me to access gaia 1x a day in the morning than multiple times a day or in the evening.

I downloaded an app on my phone called bodbot which gives me small 15 min exercise routines to do daily

Cool Down -
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 10) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (3x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x5 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - Bun with penut butter - Sencha green tea
Lunch - Red Thai Sturfry (ground beef, rice, lentils, mixed veggies, red thai paste)
