Main Workout - 30 min walk
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 10) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (3x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x5 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - crepe with nutella - matcha tea
Lunch - ribs - broccoli soup
Snack - slice of bread with penut butter
Supper - red thai Sturfry ( lentils, mixed veggies, rice, ground beef, red thai paste)
