Daily comment: Its getting pretty hard to update everyday because of the little one who's constantly demanding my time + fatigue but still doing good I find. If everyone else has given up daily updates though, think I'll stop to, because its a bit of hassel to post everyday. And when your the only one... XD well ... it's kinda demotivating.
Exercises
I downloaded an app on my phone called bodbot which gives me small 15 min exercise routines to do daily
Warm up -walking pull backs - split stance pec mobilization with staff
Main Workout - hip thrusts - elevated - pushups inclined
Cool Down - one arm doorway pec stretch overhead tricep stretch - lying internal rotation stretc
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 10) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (3x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x5 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with penut butter - 3 egg cups ( egg, red peppers, mushrooms and cheese)
Lunch - Taco Salade (spinach, ground beef, corn, tomato, orange pepper, cheese, salsa) - Matcha beverage
Snack - granola bar
Supper - bbq ribs - brocolli soup - 2 slices of whole wheat bread with penut butter
