Daily comment: Managed to stop myself from digging into some sweets today, so happy about that : ) Been having episodes of dizziness though, my husband thinks maybe I'm not getting enough iron in my diet, so I'll have to try and find ways of incorporating more of that in my diet to see if it helps fix the issue.
Exercises
Main Workout - Dance (to fun music >: 3 muhahaha)
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 10) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (3x each side) - Water balence, side leg drop (x3 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - 2 crepes with 4 slices of cheese - ice coffee
Lunch - Orange juice with sparkeling water - ice tea with lemon - Beef Sandwhich on whole wheat bun (with lettus, mushrooms, onions, jalapenos and sauce)
Snack - sip of husbands ice coffee (didn't really get the chance to eat anything else for a snack today)
Supper - A&W teen burger - Avocado - carrots - Waterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
