Exercises
I downloaded an app on my phone called bodbot which gives me small 15 min exercise routines to do daily
Warm up -Quadruped Thoracic Rotation/Extension - Reach, Roll and lift - Split Stance Pec Mobilization with staff
Main Workout - Door Frame Rows - plant - kneeling - curl up - one leg bent neutral spine - push ups - kneeling and inclined - external rotations - side lying - with weights - 30 min walk
Cool Down - across the body shoulder stretch - overhead tricep stretch - bicep wall stretch
Pelvic Floor exercises - Breathing in, hold and release (10 sec x 5) - inhale contract, slow heel slides and return (3x each side) - Water balance, side leg drop (x3 each side)
Meals
Breakfast - matcha beverage - 2 crepes with home made no sugar whip cream, topped with blueberries, raspberries and maple syrup
Lunch - meat pie - greek salade with dressing - watermellon - more matcha tea - orange juice
Snack - 1 crepe with neutella
Supper - 2 slices of thin crust pizza - salade - chips - orange juice with sparkeling water
