Hello
Thoughts, Cool videos for you.
Name: Yarn (The Dragon)

Nickname: Yarn, Yam

Age: Over 900. They don't really keep track.

Sex: Usually they present as female, but it's entirely for aesthetic. They don't really have a gender.

Race: Dragon

Sexual Orientation: ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Occupation: What ever people want them to do. They'll work for food mostly. But usually they scavenge.
They like delivering messages a lot. And would sort of like to be a mailman.

Hobbies/Pastimes: People watching, fishing, drinking, making new appearances, flying around and exploring.

Talents/Skills/Powers: They can project a human image, though it's rather limited, in expression and movement. As a dragon they can fly, which they like doing but takes energy. They can also generate electricity, but it's sort of "prickly" so they don't really like doing it.

Appearance: Their real appearance is that of a large silver dragon. But they'll usually take on the form of a small black dragon, accompanied by a "human form". The human form usually has horns, wings, and a tail, though the appearance of these varies just as much as everything else. But they have sort of a compulsion to manifest these traits. They usually have blue skin, but even that has changed at times. At times they like to model their appearance on people they've known, sometimes subconsciously.

Likes: Food, especially meat, ESPECIALLY seafood, squid is a favorite. Cute things. Stories, listening to people tell their stories. Natural fibers, especially wool, but also silk and cotton. Crystals and gemstones. Swimming. The sky, especially at night. Flowers, to look at and to eat. Fluffy things.

Dislikes: Fighting (physical and verbal), Dragon slayers, red and black together with nothing else, lies.

Personality: Yarn is an immortal dragon who lives by "eating" the stories of others. It's sort of like a hoarding behavior as well. They try to keep a policy of non-involvement, preferring to be an outside observer. But it's very easy for them to break that "rule". Yarn does truly love people and finds them endlessly fascinating, even if most humans and other beings are frightening to them the desire to learn more and to find companions will always lead them to get more involved than they might have intended.
Even though they are often frighten by others it hasn't really lead to any paranoia, it's sort of something they've just accepted. They're pretty gullible, and mostly take what people say at face value. If they ever have suspicions of anything, they'll very rarely voice them. Sometimes it's because they like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but mostly it's because they are kind of stupid and haven't socialized much in the past 500 years.
In general they are pretty easygoing, preferring not to worry, even if they do feel scared or stressed. Because they've lived for so long, and because of things that happened in their past, they're a little off about certain things, violence frightens them, but being in pain does not, nor does death. They also can have a difficult time understanding things like morality, and justice, not in the a way that makes them particularly evil, but more just how certain things can be considered "evil" or "good" depending on who's judging or who's carrying them out.
It could very easily be said they are quite cowardly. For most of the bad things that happened to them, they've always run away. And they've never really tried to fix any of their problems, just hide, even if it means they end up worse off.
