This is a poem that I wrote awhile ago.
~Moon Called~

Wake up to the power of the night
Look up in the sky, its beauty is insight
Stop struggling this is your fate
You're mind, body, and soul will only incinerate
The Moon called, it's finally time
Listen to the wind, the sweetest of chime
Senses reach the ultimate best
Strength beats all else without rest
The sign of being human departs
There is no going back, the change starts
The animal within wishes to come out
The body transforms into claws, fur, teeth, and snout
Deformation takes over you
Forever bound to the moon
Cold predator eyes gleam in the dark of the night
Fur as white as snow glistens forever bright
You hear the footsteps of one
You zero in ready for the run
The coyote quietly comes out of the brush
Slowly you inch your way, equipped to crush
The creature is startled, he breaks away
An eye only for it, your vision grows gray
The predator and the prey, the track is set to race
The adrenaline over powers, you enjoyed the chase
Blood oozes from coyote wounds
The thrill feeling finally booms
Scent of killings intoxication
The beast grows a sick fascination
The first full Moon call was survived and done
And the next to past would be ever more fun
