i see you walk through the door and wonder to myself, how can i be this lucky? to have a guy that i adore, with a love that surpasses all else, a love that has such beauty. i thought that love was not for me, and that is was just a wasted cause, but you made me realize the truth, that i had been in a haze just briefly. but all of this had changed because, i found you, the love of my youth. now i love you with all that i am, i trust you with all my soul, and devote myself to you with every fiber of my being. i know your love isnt a scam, and that being with you forever will be my lifelong goal, and with that, we'll never be grieving. all i want to say, is i love you and need you, for all that you are, until the end of days. without your love my life would be askew, and happyness would just be a memoir.
I had closed the door upon my heart and wouldn't let anyone in, I had trusted and loved only to be hurt again. I locked the door and tossed the key as hard and as fast as I could, love would never fill my heart again, my heart was closed for good. Then you came into my life and made me change my mind, just when I thought that tiny key was impossible to find. Thats when you held out you hand and proved me I was wrong, inside your palm was the key to my heart.... You had it all along
