My Eyelids Are Heavy As I Drift Off To Sleep.
Darkness Is Overtaking These Thoughts Of The Past.
Those Few Memories I Held So Close,
Bound To The Shadows.
I Walked Towards The Light, Footsteps Echoing.
A Window In My View, Filled With Self Torment.
Cloudy Skies Overlooking, The Rain Pouring Down.
These Eyes Of Mine Are Unmoving.
Gazing Forward, Only Will The Faint Light Of Grey Let Me See.
Am I Still Trapped In The Darkness?
Black Liquid Swarming Around My Feet, Thick Like Oil.
Drops Are Falling From Up Above, Cold Against The Broken Skin.
Entwining With The Blood Inside, I Feel Its Destruction.
This Liquid Engulfs Myself, Dragging Me Under The Black Sea.
What Lies Beyond This Broken Window Now?
Is This All Reality?
Rocking Upon A Wooden Raft, I Try To Gather My Thoughts.
Opening My Eyes, Only To Gaze Upon Waves Sprawling Out Like Ripples.
A Dim Light Is Behind Me, Silhouetting My Stature.
In Front Of Me Lays Darkness, Within The Middle I'll Sit & Wait.
The Storm Will Soon Arrive.
