whee whee whee
I'm back from St. Paul! It was so fun!
We met Ray Cox before session began, and he talked to us and gave us a book.
Then, during the session, after we sang, the representatives all stood up and gave us a huge round of applause. Then, we took a little break in our practice room, and then, guess what: We went to the Governor's reception room. We waited for him in our rows so we could take pictures. Then he came in, and we took a few more, and he talked to us for a little bit. We gave him a program and our winter concert cd, and then we left. He said bye to me. 3nodding I feel kind of special.
Then, we went to Culver's. I got a chicken kid's meal. I accidently threw away the bag, and the coupon for a free custard with it. xp Oh, well. Then, we played B.S. on the way back...We played it on the way there, too. By we, I mean Amanda, Brenda, me, and 1-2 other people who wanted to play one game. On the way there, I rocked, I never got the deck, and I always won. On the way back, I didn't do so hot, and Molly won, and I got second place. DX
So, that was my day. heart heart heart
Oh, yeah. There were a ton of cameras, so this is going to be in the Star Tribune, and maybe some news channels. 3nodding
