A place filled with many ups and downs... mostly ups, since I met the love of my life... my soulmate... ^_^
Blahhh bored. ;~;
I'm bored out of my mind right now, so I'm going to do something amusing: write something based on Harry Potter! I hopes this amuses thee, Gehze Shmeze. heart ;3

Past the warm glow of light coming from a rather old pub, a wolf loped through an alley, the towering walls surrounding composed of stone grey bricks. The dog paused, its snow white fur shimmering in the light of the brilliantly glowing moon. The deep, ocean blue eyes of the dog glanced about quickly, as though expecting an attack. It shuddered and looked to the sky, noticing how grey and cloudy it was.
But suddenly, the wolf was gone. In its place was a tall man with golden hair, his eyes those of the canine that had seemingly faded from existence. His appearance was rather odd, for he was clad in flowing, light robes of green. His golden boots clacked against the ground when he stepped up to the stone wall before him.
Plunging his hand into the pockets of his robes, he pulled out a wand made from the wood of an aging ash tree. With the air of one who knows what he is doing, he tapped three specific bricks embedded in the grey wall.
At first, the bricks remained the same. Moments later, the three bricks sunk into the depths of the wall as the entire structure began to rearrange itself, creating an arced entrance.
Smiling, the man stepped past the threshold to find himself in a place called Diagon Alley. Many of the people who once walked past shops were gone, the windows of the different buildings obscured by violet posters that all began with the golden words, "By order of the Ministry of Magic."
The man clad in green robes narrowed his eyes and glanced around as though searching for something. Suddenly, a whisper from his side broke the silence.
"Over here, Jordan."
Wand in hand, Jordan whirled around to face the one who said his name. Relaxing, Jordan grinned as his eyes glinted with joy. "Hello, Katherine."
A woman with similarly golden hair stood before him, wearing deep, bold robes of blue. She smiled warmly, her blue-green eyes glittering. She walked into Jordan's arms as reached out to her, holding her and kissing her on the cheek. Pulling away while not leaving his embrace, the woman called Katherine said, "You know we shouldn't be out right now... He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named-"
Jordan cut across her with a smile. "Voldemort. Albus says it, and so shall we."
Katherine frowned. "Dumbledore is an immensely powerful wizard-"
"And we aren't? Besides, you know I'd die before I let anything hurt you-"
"Please..." Katherine hugged Jordan tightly as a tear rolled down her face. "Please, don't make me think about that."
Looking appalled at what he said, Jordan murmured, "I'm sorry, it was a stupid thing to say..."
Katherine looked up at him. "V-Voldemort could be here, and I don't want either of us to get hurt."
Jordan chuckled. "Lord Voldemort hiding in a little shop and jumping out at us? I don't find that to be very likely... but, if you insist."
He promptly slid his hand over Katherine's and held it lovingly. Katherine clutched his hand with equal affection and twirled herself, guiding them through the darkness as they faded from Diagon Alley with a resounding crack.

Jordan opened his eyes, gazing upon a small but warm-looking cottage. Contentment filled him. They had placed their home on the edge of a forest, far away from the Muggles yet close enough to observe their activities as they pleased. "After all," as Katherine would say. "Muggles are quite silly and fascinating."
But something didn't seem right as a small white duckling emerged from the trees, waddling up to Katherine and desperately clutching her shoe. Frowning, Katherine gently picked up the duckling and cradled it in her arms, scratching its belly with a finger. "What's wrong, Duffly?"
"I think I have an idea..."
Jordan moved closer to Katherine and wrapped his arms around her as something snuffed out the already scarce light of the sky, surrounding them in darkness. Katherine shivered. The temperature dropped at an alarming rate, but Jordan held her close, sharing the warmth of his body.
"Dementors..," he murmured.
Swiftly whirling around, Jordan and Katherine backed as quickly and cautiously as they could. Katherine plucked her wand from her pocket as she continued to hold Duffly. Jordan swiftly recited, "Lumos maxima!"
Flicking his wand to the sky, an orb of light burst from his wand and hung over the cottage, illuminating all except for the cursed sky and the land beyond the trees.
Jordan stiffened and held Katherine closer, the sound of something drawing slow, rattling breaths reaching their ears... but that was not what chilled the marrow in their bones.
There was a lone crack in the distance, then another, and another. The sounds continued, then stopped as a cold, menacing voice echoed from the shadowy trees.
"You cannot run, Jordan Peverell... prepare to kneel before your doom."
Jordan's heart sank as a dark, cloaked figure walked from the shadows, followed by a battalion of people dressed in a similar manner. Dementors swooped from all sides of the forest and remained floating, creating a malevolent blockade.
The man leading the dark robed group pulled down his hood and pointed a wand of yew at them. "I know you are helping Albus Dumbledore... What a pity. I could have used a wizard like you."
Lord Voldemort stood before them. His large, cat-like eyes glowed crimson with such hatred that Jordan couldn't help thinking that his own end was at hand. Voldemort smiled, his nostrils flaring.
The spellcasters assembled behind Voldemort fell to their knees, muttering, "Master..."
The power of the dementors affected Jordan's judgement, for if he were right of mind he would not have said, "Good evening, my Lord. Tell me, have you told your brainless followers that you aren't a 'Pureblood' yet?"
Voldemort's eyes flickered with rage as the Death Eaters hissed at Jordan. Rather than being intimidated, Jordan smiled, amused by their reactions.
"You are just begging for death," whispered Voldemort. "So I shall finish you while you are still honorably facing me on your own two feet."
Jordan leaped in front of Katherine as Voldemort fired a dazzlingly green curse at her. "REDUCTO!" he shouted.
The two curses collided with a deafening bang. Katherine rolled away from Jordan and murmured, "Expecto Patronum," causing silvery-white tigers to pounce from the tip of her wand and charge at the dementors.
Voldemort scowled. "Do you really think you can best the Dark Lord?.. No matter. You have sealed your fate!"
Voldemort jabbed his wand at him as Jordan twirled the wand in his fingers, sparks flying from the tips of their weapons. A dazzlingly bright bolt of azure magic flung itself at Voldemort from the tip of Jordan's wand as he countered with his own crackling beam of emerald green magic.
Katherine placed a Disillusionment Charm on herself and Duffly, then snuck around the confused Death Eaters. As Jordan dueled Voldemort, she pointed her wand at each Death Eater in turn and muttered, "Stupefy," Rendering them unconscious.
Turning around after narrowly deflecting a well-aimed curse, Voldemort let out an enraged cry as he noticed that all of his followers were dispatched. Pointing his wand at where a shocked Katherine stood, Voldemort cried, "AVADA KEDAVRA!"
The sound of rushing wind filled Katherine's ears as she closed her eyes, but Death never came. Cautiously, Katherine opened her eyes.
Jordan stood in front of her. Fire burned in his eyes as he glared at Voldemort, who showed no fear yet no longer looked as intimidating as before. Overwhelming waves of power radiated from Jordan as he slowly stepped toward Voldemort.
"You are pathetic, Tom Riddle..."
Voldemort appeared shocked at the mention of his real name, but recovered quickly and sneered, "No more pathetic than you, Peverell. I see the way you look at your little friend behind you..."
"Love is much more powerful than you think, Tom. Mark my words, it will be your undoing one of these days..."
Jordan wordlessly fired several hexes at Voldemort with incredible speed and ferocity, then stood to his full height as his last spell flung the wand from Voldemort's fingers. The dazed Death Eaters stood up warily and cried out at seeing their master Disarmed.
"All of you leave this place... NOW!"
Just like that, Voldemort retrieved his wand. Staring at Faerdin with narrow eyes filled with loathing, he muttered, "Do not think you have won... I shall be back, and next time I will not be Disarmed so easily." With a resounding crack, he and his Death Eaters disappeared.
Dispelling the Disillusionment Charm that hid her from sight, Katherine ran into Jordan's arms and let out a shout of glee before passionately kissing him. Duffly quacked on her shoulder as Jordan pulled away, chuckling, "Now do you see why I speak the name?"
