The Updated History of the War
Hundreds of years ago, the world was at peace. However, that changed once Kadeem took on a new ruler. King Arav had always been a peaceful leader, favoring the well-being of the world rather than the power that he owned. His son, however, disagreed. He proposed the formation of an army to overthrow the other kings, so that they might claim the land as their own. Arav rejected his son’s plans, and for a year, kept him under close watch. The final day of his probation passed, and that night, Arav passed away in his sleep. The next day, Casimir took his throne.
Within a month, his ideals had received overwhelming approval from the people of Kadeem, and the army becoming overwhelming large. At the end of the month, he launched his attack on Saquib. The attack was on the closest country of Jabaricala. It was brutal, and wiped out an entire village on the edge of the country (the ruins are overgrown, but still exist today). Thus the war began.
For hundreds of years, Saquib and Kadeem have fought, sometime reaching stalemates. Both sides refuse to surrender. The notably peaceful nature-lovers of Tivona managed to avoid conflict for a long time…but it was inevitable that the war would, eventually, find its way to them. Threats had been made for many, many years by Kadeem; they stated that, if Tivona did not join their forces, they would be heavily attacked. Finally, fifty years from the setting of the story, Kadeem carried out these threats. Tivona resisted them, and so forces flooded the continent – attempting to completely destroy it. After this vicious and devastating attack, the leaders of Tivona decided they had no choice. They joined forces with Saquib.
Even with their forces combined, the population of Kadeem outweighs Saquib and Tivona forces by the thousands. Somehow, even with the odds highly against them, the two continents are holding strong and refuse to let Kadeem overpower them. Now we see how this war will bring people together, tear friends apart, and change lives forever.
