Well, Andrea (Revo's mother) met Tony (Revo's father) when they were both forced to testify against the killer of Andrea's dealer (Tony's half-brother), they were both only young at the time (Andrea was only 18, Tony was 23). It was love at first sight. At the time, Tony was fairly anti-drug, and tried to convince Andrea to quit on multiple occasions. When Andrea got pregnant the first time, she didn't realise until 4 months into the pregnancy. She quit meth cold turkey, but it was too late- the child was stillborn. After that, Tony gave up on trying to make Andrea quit, and started drinking heavily every Thursday night to try to forget (the stillborn was "born" on a Thursday). Eventually that progressed to every Wednesday and Thursday and soon every day of the week. Tony was heavily depressed and Andrea had almost died twice (once from near OD and once from Tony beating her in a drunken rage) by the time Andrea had gotten pregnant the second time. She tried to self abort and almost killed herself, landing her in hospital where doctors worried about the survival of the child. Halfway through the pregnancy, Andrea attacked a nurse and was deemed temporarily insane and put in an asylum. She remained there alone (Tony only visited occasionally and was usually forced to leave when he started verbally harassing Andrea) until she gave birth to a healthy (though a lot paler than he should've been) young boy, who she decided to name Revo (short for "Revolution". She's insane, remember?) and was seen fit to take care of. Revo spent the first three years of his life living rather happily with his mother in an asylum before they were both let out. At first, Andrea didn't go back to Tony but after three months of trying to work and take care of a three year old boy ended up broke and Andrea was forced to go back to Tony, who had fortunately sobered up. Revo's life was fine for another year before the arguing started again, though it was more like Tony yelling and Andrea crying. Revo's first words were '******** you' and he'd say it to his dad quite a bit. Tony hit Revo on his sixth birthday, and two days later Andrea found out and killed herself by OD. Revo was left to fend for himself while living under Tony's rule for four years, frequently being physically and occasionally sexually abused during that time. When Revo was ten and a half, he'd finally gotten sick of it and ran away one day. The first place he went was the only home he'd known, thinking his mother would be there to take care of him- he was never told she'd killed herself. When he got there, he didn't find his mother, but instead was institutionalised when he had a psychotic break when a doctor touched his shoulder. While staying there, he'd found a mother figure in a schizophrenic... or one of their personalities, rather. At fifteen, Revo was released and adopted by an elderly couple while social services tried to find a more suitable foster family for him. After staying with the elderly couple for half a year, a suitable family was finally found. a normal couple with two children (A boy- 14 and a girl- 12) and a nice suburban home with a park around the corner. When Revo moved there, he would generally hide his face behind his long dark brown dreadlocks, extremely shy- especially scared of Ricky, the father. After a month or two of therapy, Revo learnt not to be so afraid of his new friends and became good friends with his siblings Ashley and Austin. And eventually let his new mother Deborah take him to get his dreads cut off. Revo lived normally for a while, attending special classes at school to catch up with the other students (which didn't take long, he was a fast learner). When he was sixteen he bleached his hair, just to see what his parents would say. Deborah was slightly surprised, but not angry. Ricky, however, was outraged, and the two argued about it for an hour before Deborah managed to calm them both down. Revo never really did get along with Ricky. Later that year, Revo dyed his hair light green, and again Ricky did not approve. Revo had another psychotic break during exams when he was seventeen, though was simply given medication and calmed down after that. When he was eighteen, he had to do year 11 again (he failed the exams because of his psychotic break), which he didn't mind all too much. During the year, he was dared to dye his hair pink... And did. With his own money, Revo bought gel and spiked his hair up into a fauxhawk and decided he liked doing that. While out at the mall with his friends, they went into a pretty-much-all-round-body-modification shop. That day, Revo got his ears pierced twice each, his left nostril and his right n****e pierced. And oh was Ricky pissed. Revo was convinced into taking most of the piercings out, but left the nose ring and an ear stud each in. Deborah was proud of them when they managed to come to an agreement. There were no more fights between the two from then on, and Revo eventually moved out after graduating with excellent grades. Getting an apartment in the city, Revo ended up spending most of his time thinking about what he wanted to do with his life. He'd gone off his medication two weeks after moving out, thinking that he didn't need it, but he did. One day, he decided what he wanted to do and enrolled in a college. A month slogged by and Revo was finding everything just all too difficult. Eventually, he couldn't take it anymore and got out a gun he carried with him for self protection and went around shooting every guy in every class at the school - shooting male teachers three times in the head and once in the groin. When police arrived and barricaded the perimeter so Revo couldn't escape, he willingly turned himself in. It didn't take long for the cops to find Revo was insane, and he was sent back to the asylum he'd spent so much of his life in. His foster family visited every weekend, and were the only thing that helped keep what was left of Revo's sanity alive. Finally, at 25, Revo was discharged again, with a prescription for medication that he would make sure to take this time, and moved back in with his foster family. When he was 26, he met a boy who called himself Puma, and they soon became friends. Both being around the same age (Puma was a year younger than Revo) they managed to get along very well. Soon, Revo realised he was gay and in love with Puma, and shortly after, moved in with Puma. His new boyfriend made sure Revo took his medication every day. After dating for a year, Revo took Puma out to a fancy dinner that he had been saving for a month for, and proposed before dessert had been served. Two weeks later, Puma was killed when a shoplifting at Puma's work went awry. Revo became a wreck and lived on his own for a while, still taking his medications as if Puma was still there to remind him. Two months later, Revo discovered he had a younger half sister who was being taken care of by Tony. Immediately, Revo went to find his little sister so he could take care of her, ending up kidnapping her while Tony was passed out. She didn't mind. When Revo asked her what her name was, she said it was Kitty, though made especially sure Revo spelt it as "Kitteh" whenever it was written down. Now, Revo lives rather happily with his little sister, occasionally visiting Ashley and Austin at their jobs (Ashley is now a professional artist, and Austin plays Rugby. Both are rather successful and Revo is extremely proud of them).
