random things written into a journal
miracle child
My FRIEND wrote this. tell me what you think.........

All his life he was labeled as the “Miracle Child”. His parents, friends, aunts’, uncles, and strangers He met that knew of his story. All said the same thing, “You’re a miracle child”.

How someone can live through heart problems at a young age is something that’s rare. So people thought he was something special. He wasn’t, he was just a kid that was protected by something far greater then doctors…………
His story goes back to when he was born. His mother was in labor for 12 hours. It was a real painful time for her and his father. The doctor also told them that the chances of their baby surviving would be slim. When his parents asked what was wrong with their baby, the doctor told them many things. He was born with a horrible heart condition, a hole in his heart. That was something they were going to have to patch up right away.
The doctor said he would have a better chance of living if he was kept in the hospital.

Months passed and he never saw his home. He almost hit the age of one before he was better and was discharged and released home.
Now that living in the hospital was in his past. He had a pretty good life, he was happy. An only child, and had parents that loved him very much. Of course he had to go to regular monthly check up to check his heart, but he had become accustom with his routine.
His fifth birthday came one day. It was a party in his back yard. There was a cake and the house was decorated, his friends and family were surrounding him. It was an exciting time in his life. Things were going perfect. His little heart was throbbing with excitement and anxiety. What he didn’t know was the damage he was doing to himself.

His heart couldn’t take that much. His heart started to ache, and then pain began to throb through that tiny body of his. He was lying on the ground clenching onto his chest forcing himself to stop the racing of his heart. He can start to feel the racing of blood through his veins, going the same pace as his heart. The boiling blood burning throughout his whole body, ripping away, he was on fire. His vision would slip in and out. He tired to move, but was weak and feeble. He can also hear the cries and pleading of his parents. They were by his side shouting not to leave them. All the people at the party were staring at him. Everything was ruin in his perfect little life.
But he was a Miracle child. That was what everyone said. He will surely make it through right?
The pain was unbearable; He was being rushed into an ambulance, strapped to those moving beds. A young lady grabbed his hand soothing it whispering “You’ll be fine”. But how can she know? She wasn’t the one dying. The young lady grabbed a mask and put it to his face; she drugged him, making him fall into an immediate sleep.

He woke up the next day to find out that he was in a white hospital bed, and had a bandage across his chest where his heart is. His mother was by his side as soon as he woke up.
“Honey” she began “you just got out of surgery. How do you feel?”
He couldn’t respond at first. He was remembering the horror of the party just the day before.
Tiny little shocks stabbed at his heart. It hurt too much to sit up.
A doctor came in; he looked at the monitor and then looked to the little boy. In a soft hush voice he said
“Sorry but it looks like your heart can’t help you much longer”.
He heard tiny sobs next to him. He tired to turn, to find his mom weeping over her dying son’s bed.
She didn’t want him to see her crying so she got up and left the room.

Next to the little boy there was a note pad on a light stand. He was way too weak and feeble to move but he tried with all the strength he had left in him to move.
He took the paper in his tiny hands, and tried to spell the best he can manage.

Later on the doctor comes in to check on the little boy, only to find him lying dead on the white bed, blood erupting from his mouth. The doctor went over to the tiny corpse and felt the body. No pulse. The doctor looked at the time, and then examines the body. The little’s boy heart thumped its last beat at approximately five minutes ago. The doctor thought about what he was going to say to the parents of the little boy.
A small little piece of white paper flutters in the little boy’s hand. The doctor takes it, and walks out of the room.
Without saying anything, the doctor hands the piece of paper to the little’s boy mother. And the note read:

Mom, Dad,
Thanks for everything; my five years were awesome with you. But don’t worry; when I leave I will no longer be in pain. Isn’t that good? I will be healed and cured. I can finally be a regular kid! But I want you guys to always remember that I wall always Love you very much
-Your miracle child.

The poor little boy’s heart will never beat again.
