Well I blew up. It's been nearly two years since I last did that and I regret it every time. Well I guess I feel kinda sorry for my family. They had to deal with it and at least I apologized and explained things. I still feel like an a and regret it. I guess this is just to put it up because I needed to get it off my chest whether someone reads it or not. Well off to go work out to blow some steam off. Alex off.
