My Best Friend's Obituary...RIP Stoney
Stonestreet, Michael Leonard

Date of Birth:.May 24, 1983 Date of Death:.Sept. 16, 2008


Michael Leonard "Stoney" Stonestreet, age 25, of Rt. 2, Box 493 D, Bridgeport,
WV, passed away at 12:30 P.M on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at Ruby Memorial
Hospital in Morgantown, WV. He was born May 24, 1983 in Clarksburg, WV a son
of Leonard Lee Stonestreet and Debra Lynn Watkins Stonestreet of Bridgeport, WV.

In addition to his parents, also surviving are, a sister, Bridgette L. Stonestreet, Athens,
WV, a student at Concord University, his maternal grandmother, Evelyn N. Watkins,
Anmoore, WV, five aunts and four uncles, Nancy Stonestreet, Clarksburg, Betty
Buck, Gypsy, WV, Rosemary & Donald Mundell, Fairmont, WV, Charles Watkins,
Clarksburg, Jeanne M. & Robert Radcliff, Philippi, WV, & Terry & Charlotte
Watkins, North Myrtle Beach, SC, three God-children, Madison & MacKenzie
Gross & Robert Gross III all of Buckhannon, WV and several cousins.

Michael was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leonard C. &
Thelma Stonestreet, two uncles, Carl R. & Bernard J. Stonestreet, his maternal
grandfather, Eugene Watkins and his special grandparents, John & Marjorie
Winston.

Michael was a Master Mason, with membership in Bridgeport Late Lodge 63 A.F.
& A.M. He was an avid motorcycle & car enthusiast. He knew no strangers & was
a friend with young & old alike. He was loved by many & will be greatly missed by
family and all his friends. His life ended too soon, but his memory lives on forever
in our hearts. Through his unselfish gift of giving, he will be giving a second chance
to others through donations & transplantations. He was employed as a composite
technician at Aurora Flight Sciences.

Friends may call at the Davis-Weaver Funeral Home, 329 East Main Street,
Clarksburg from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Friday. A funeral service will be held at
First Church of the Nazarene in Stonewood on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at
11:00 A.M. with the Rev. Richard Settles presiding. He will lie-in-state at the
church from 10:00 A.M. till 11:00 A.M. Interment will be in Greenlawn Masonic
Cemetery. Masonic brothers will meet at the church for the purpose of conducting
Masonic grave side rites. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the WVU
Children's Hospital, 8200 Medical Center Drive, Morgantown, WV 26506
